We will happily take back any returns within 7 days for a full money back WITH the receipt. If there is no receipt you will only get store credit. After 7 days we can only issue store credit; this must be done within 30 days. After 30 days we are sorry to say that you are out of luck and you will need to find a good use for the product.

All products must be unopened and in the original condition when purchased. Anything purchased from our Clearance room is FINAL SALE, no returns will be allowed on these products.

Christmas Items will have 7-day money after that it will be store credit. No Christmas product can be returned after Dec 10th, after that all sales are final on Christmas Products. Any product that is marked down at 50% will NOT be allowed to be returned, even if defective.

Nursery Stock Returns

All Plant material must be returned within 48 hours, no exceptions including Landscapers. We do NOT take back annuals

Plant Material Warranty

We do not have a warranty on TROPICALS and other HOUSE PLANTS. Please choose wisely when selecting a plant.

We will replace the plant and issue an in-store credit for the original amount paid for the plant. We do not replace the replacement plants if they die. This credit can be used towards any product in our store. Please note that the credit is ONLY good for ONE year from the date it is issued. The receipt and photos of the dead plant must be submitted with this form, you will then be contacted with the next step. Our expert staff can provide you with advice and suggestions on selecting the right replacement. Please do not bring your dead plant back to the store. All warranties must have a photo sent in prior to us doing any warranty replacements. You can submit warranties in May but nothing will be processed until June.Please allow 1-3 Weeks for store credits to be processed, you will receive an email once it is ready for pick up at the email you have provided.

We do not warranty ANY annuals once they have left the yard, so please don’t forget to water them.

Non-Hardy Warranty List

We do NOT warranty the following product over the winter, they are however warrantied till Sept 1st

Japanese Maples, Rhododendrons, Azaleas, Pieris, Kalmia, Erica, and Daphne ( some varieties)

Certain Types of Dogwood TF (Cornus Florida or Cornus Controversac Cornus Rutgesosis)

Tri-Color Beech, Purple Fountain Beech, Golden Chain Tree, Golden Rain Tree

Sweetgum, Stewartia, Caryopteris, Hibiscus, Hydrangea (some vary)

Roses, Perennials, Vines, Grasses Butterfly Bushes

Fruit Trees including Multi-Grafted Fruit trees ie. 4 in-1, Peach, Cherry, Plum, Nectarine
