Description:
This beautiful spirea produces a shower of clustered, small, white flowers that cover each branch like a thick mound of snow. Flowers and leaves all appear on the same side of the arching branches creating lines of white if left unpruned. Flowers are attractive to butterflies and it is deer resistant, as well as salt tolerant. The leaves will turn a coppery bronze colour in Autumn.
Flowers on the previous year's growth so any pruning for size or shape should be done soon after flowering. Light pruning allows the shrub to show its natural form. Tolerates many soils and conditions, however, it does not like wet feet.
