Description:
Unusual yellow-green, tulip-like flowers appear in late spring through early summer, after the tree has matured for a number of years. Foliage has a pretty golden yellow fall colour. Lingering groupings of samaras, or seeds, add winter interest.
Tulip trees are deer and rabbit resistant and the flowers will attract pollinators. Prune tulip trees when they are dormant.
